YOGA AND PILATES IN THE WORKPLACE

​

Participating in as little as 15 minutes of physical activity during the work day can offer immense benefits and help increase productivity, well-being and morale in the office. The practice of Yoga and Pilates nourishes and strengthens the body and mind. Both promote respiratory, digestive and cardiovascular health, and core strengthening benefits that help to destress, reduce anxiety and revitalize the self, even in the workplace.

Our experience and knowledgeable teachers are available to teach a variety of class styles to fit your employee's needs.

Intro to Yoga Series (6 class minimum)

Foundational Yoga Class

Traditional Ashtanga (Half/ Full Primary series)

Various class styles can be combined over a 6 week period.

*Mobile Mysore is a special program we offer to clients who have completed our Intro to Yoga Series and wish to offer their employees the benefits of individual instruction (addressing individual needs) within a group setting. One of our teachers will come to your place of work and offer one-on-one teaching and guidance to help build your employees personal yoga practice.

WHAT YOU NEED:

A space large enough to fit 3-10 yoga mats, or larger depending on how many participants. This could be a board/ meeting room, office space, gymnasium, outside space. Each person will need to bring their own mats and wear comfortable and flexible clothing. Our teachers can provide props as needed. 

​

IN-OFFICE:

Our class sessions run for 6-12 weeks (1 class a week) to ensure a fluid progression, after which you can choose to renew the session, try a new style of class or explore our "Mobile Mysore" program. If you would like to increase the number of times per week let us know, we are happy to accommodate your needs and discuss alternate prices.

6 week session, 1 x week (3-5 people) $480

6 week session, 1 x week (6-10 people) $720

12 week session, 1 x week (3-5 people) $960

12 week session, 1 x week (6-10 people) $1440

Drop in fee outside of registration, $12/ per person paid in cash at time of class

​

PRIVATE IN STUDIO GROUP CLASSES

SHALA also offer In-Studio bookings for classes at our studio.

Private Small Groups (3-4 people)

Intro Classes 6 class minimum, $360-$600

Led/ Mysore group, $90/ hour

​

Private Large Group (5-10 people)

Intro Classes 6 class minimum, $700-$900

Led/ Mysore group $120/ hour
