Mysore Mornings — A New Cycle Begins
Next Cycle: June
Beginning April 7, the morning Mysore program returns with a small, dedicated group of new students.
This is an opportunity to step into the practice from the beginning—or to begin again—with guidance, consistency, and support.
Rather than a drop-in format, this offering is designed as a progressive and intentional container where the practice is built slowly over time.
Limited spaces available:
-
5 students at 7:00 AM
-
5 students at 9:30 AM
For those new to Mysore, a $60 one-month introductory membership is available.
Who This Is For
This program is open to both beginners and those returning to practice.
It is especially suited for students who are:
-
Interested in building a consistent practice (3–6 days per week)
-
Curious about the Ashtanga method
-
Willing to move at a slower, more sustainable pace
-
Open to learning both the structure and the intention behind the practice
-
Drawn to practicing within a small, supportive group environment
No prior Mysore experience is required.
Beginning alongside others creates a strong foundation—offering a sense of shared rhythm, accountability, and community.
How the Program Works
Students are gradually introduced to the Ashtanga method in a structured and accessible way.
The process begins with:
-
Guided instruction in Sun Salutations and foundational postures
-
Establishing breath awareness and movement patterns
-
Learning the sequence in a clear, step-by-step format
Over time, the format evolves:
-
Transitioning into a semi-Mysore style
-
Developing familiarity with the sequence
-
Building confidence to practice more independently
This approach allows each student to progress at their own pace while receiving individual guidance.
A Small, Intentional Learning Environment
This program is limited in size to ensure a more personalized and supported experience.
Students receive ongoing guidance, adjustments, and feedback as their practice develops.
The Mysore method encourages independence over time—but begins with structure, repetition, and consistency.
