ASHTANGA BOOT CAMP

REGISTERED 1 Month (passes must be purchased at the beginning of the month with attendance starting the first class of the month)

Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays 7-8:30am

Evening Mysore & Ashtanga lite Classes

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5-7pm, Wednesdays, 5-6pm

Bonus Classes: Saturday Mysore, 9-11am or Monday Mysore, 7-9am

Come to 4 or more bonus classes in a month and be entered to win free parking for a month

 

INSTUDIO OR ZOOM

Next Bootcamp classes: Starting this May you can join the Ashtanga bootcamp challenge at the beginning of each month and complete by the end of the month to be entered into the quarterly draws for unlimited monthly yoga, free monthly parking and other prizes offered.

It's really simple (but hard)... over a month join us 3 times a week for the transformative practice of Ashtanga Primary Series. You will be led 3 days a week through all levels, Primary Series, Ashtanga lite or in Mysore class without dogma, gatekeepers or micromanaging... just support and space to allow your practice to grow and evolve over the month. 

What this means:

  • Start exactly where you are at; whether it's your first time, you've practiced before or you just love primary series

  • your body, mind, spirit, and energy will shift and change everyday, this bootcamp allows the space for you to be present with where you are at

    • ​ full practice, half practice, leaving out vinyasa, maybe even being a "bad ashtangi" and skipping an asana before your feel ready for it... Everything goes in this class as long as you come to your mat 3 days a week. 

      • attend bonus classes as well to make it a 4 day a week practice and see the transformative power of the Ashtanga practice. 

​

If you complete the full month (all 3 classes must be attended every week, even if you spend the class in rest;))

  • you will be entered in to a quarterly draw to win an unlimited month for free (July 1, Oct 1, Jan 1, Apr 1) 

    • you are welcome to join as many months as you would like, for every month you join bootcamp you will get an entry into the quarterly draw. 

    • Bootcamp pass must be purchased before the first class of the month and will end on the last class of the month

  • everyone who makes all 3 classes a week can receive 1 month unlimited pass for $30 for the following month

    • this pass does not give you a entry into the monthly unlimited draw​

    • this pass is only valued for the following month after you complete your bootcamp month and cannot be banked

  • additional weekly motivations may be offered 

  • attend at least 4 bonus classes and be entered to win free parking for a month

This program will provide you the confidence to turn your attention inwards, start to focus on the internal aspects of yoga as well safely guide you through the physical discipline while respecting your unique body, mind and experience. 

​

​​​​​This program is an ideal way to start your Ashtanga Yoga practice. You will learn the foundations and sequence of this transformative and healing method. All levels welcome, from complete beginners to other yoga methods or those reentering their ashtanga practice.

How the Ashtanga yoga sequence works and how it is designed to be practiced

Important aspects of the Ashtanga practice; breath, gazing point, vinyasa, bandhas

foundational asanas up to half primary series (based on individual experience)
