Mysore Classes are a block of time where practitioners of all levels (including beginners) practice individually but together with a teachers guidance, a yoga mosaic. Doors open for Mysore practice at the time indicated below. If you arrive early for Mysore and there is no class before you may have to wait outside, if it is self practice before Mysore you are welcome to start during self practice time.
Teaching will not take place during Self Practice time (8:15-9:30am) to allow for the teacher to practice. You are welcome to begin or end your practice during this time. If you are new to the self practice time or need a little guidance/ support let the teacher know.
All other classes door will be open 5-10min before time indicated below.
