As we reopen Shala for Studio classes we will continue to offer Remote Shala zoom classes online. Drop into individual ZOOM classes for $10 or Studio classes for $12. All online & studio classes must be sign into.

* With more verbal adjustments in the mysore room this leaves many of us missing our quiet space to practice. This self practice time is here to allow for a meditative, self directed  space without instruction but only the breath in the room to motivate you in your practice. A teacher will be practicing in the space as well.
